This Christmas our brilliant Year 4 children took us to the Oscars, performing ‘The Stars Come Out For Christmas.’  The play is set at an awards ceremony and everyone is eagerly awaiting to hear who will win the prestigious award of outstanding contribution to Christmas.  Will it be Santa?  The Christmas Cards?  Christmas dinner? Snow? However the winner turned out to be none of these!  The award went to Beth, the star of Christmas, the star who guided the shepherds and wise men so very long ago,  without her the Christmas story may never have happened. 

All the children had a role to play….speaking parts, props, lighting, choir, musicians and music technicians.  The afternoon and evening performances to parents were a great success with lots of positive feedback. Thanks for coming  and supporting your child…Merry Christmas!.
