It is essential for both physical and mental health to keep active, and it is important to maintain a healthy balance. We have tried to ensure that many of these activities do not require lots of equipment or need a lot of space, and we hope you will enjoy trying them. Please feel free to adapt any of these activities as necessary to suite different ages and ability levels.
