PE Resources

It is essential for both physical and mental health to keep active, and it is important to maintain a healthy balance.  We have tried to ensure that many of these activities do not require lots of equipment or need a lot of space, and we hope you will enjoy trying them.  Please feel free to adapt any of these activities as necessary to suite different ages and ability levels.

Please click on the links to the left to view resources for PE activities

There are lots of resources on YouTube, including PE with Joe.  The Kids Coach and Cosmic Kids Yoga both feature fitness and wellness videos for the children to enjoy.  You might also want to check out PE Planning.org.uk, which is where we have downloaded some of our resources from.
