First, we had to research what events took place.

Then we researched what the venues looked like to hold the events.

We then took inspiration from the venues for this years Rio Olympic Games and designed our own venues. 

Next, we built a model of our Olympic Venue - here are some pictures. We have also written mathematical descriptions of our models using words such as vertical, horizontal, perpendicular, more than a right angle and less than a right angle.
